Keynote Speakers Announced for 15th Annual C4ISR&Networks Conference

C4ISR&Networks, a Sightline Media Group publication, is proud to announce the confirmation of two prominent industry leaders as the keynote speakers at the 15th Annual C4ISR&Networks Conference.

Gary Martin, PEO C3T, U.S. Army will be the first of two keynote addresses. Mr. Martin brings more than 30 years of experience in army missions providing information technology and communications technology that today’s soldiers need now and in the future.

Matthew Swartz, Executive Director and Command Communication Officer (ED/CIO) for U.S. Fleet Cyber Command, will be the event’s closing speaker. Mr. Swartz brings years of experience in Naval Operations while serving an appointment to the Senior Executive Service prior to assuming his duties as the Executive Director and Command Communications Officer (ED/CIO) for the U.S. Fleet Cyber Command.

In addition to the keynote speakers, the C4ISR&Networks Conference will feature panel discussions to discuss the force multipliers of today’s digital-age military and the key enablers of success on the battlefield including cyber, situational awareness, networks and cloud, sensors, and unmanned systems. The theme of this one-day event is “Equipping the force with the tools of success.”

The conference will also feature the presentation of the 3rd Annual Elite 6 Awards. These special honors will be given to six awardees who will be recognized for their cutting edge work in technological and capability development, as well as procurement excellence. The awards cover the areas of cyber; C2 and communications; IT and networks; unmanned systems, ISR and sensors; mobility; and geospatial intelligence.
